Support Group Meetings

Research has shown that patients who attend regular support groups are more successful at weight loss and progress. Come join us to share your story and to find out how others are progressing in their weight loss journey. This is a place to share your ideas, suggestions, joys and the trials of your weight loss journey.

Involve your family and friends as part of your support system. You are welcome to bring your support person along to the group. Our support groups are held the second Tuesday of every month from 6:00 – 7:30 pm unless otherwise specified.

Unless otherwise noted, the support groups meet in the MOB Conference room (Suite 100) across from our office. 

Please call our office at 253-815-7774 for information on the Support Group topic for the month.

Support Group Challenge

Set a goal to exercise everyday - you can walk, jog, bike, swim, or choose any form of exercise. You should also set a goal distance or time - for example, 2-3 miles if you walk or jog, 10-15 miles if you bike, 30 minutes of lap swimming, etc. Send us a picture each time you complete a set goal so we can share and celebrate your success at our monthly support groups.
